MC Supernatural freestyles for a world record 9+ hours at the Rock the Bells festival in San Bernardino on August 5th, 2006. The world record was previously held by Toronto’s D.O. at 8 hours and 45 minutes.
In a living room set-up in the VIP lounge, fans and onlookers were allowed to hold up various items and write topics on a dry-erase board while Supernatural took those topics and put them into conscious rhymes. Other artists like Mos Def and Raekwon came to show their support and even became part of Supernatural’s freestyles.
As night fell, Key-Kool had the privilege of introducing the new World-Record holding Freestyle Champion Supernatural. And in epic fashion, while losing his voice, Supernatural proceeded to bust one last freestyle for the Rock The Bells crowd.
